Guide to avoiding Hypocrisy

I have learnt that every human is a hypocrite throughout his/her life (given that one lives long enough to commit immoral acts), regardless of whether that person admits to it or not. We just can't control the fact that our circumstance will just force the hypocrisy upon us at one point or another, and like it or not, hypocrisy will actually save your life at least once in a life time.

So after some time, my hypocrisy sense awoken. But my conscience just keep hurting after that, when I can't open up about my sins (and I don't go to church either). So, after a while, I have chosen to sin as much as I want/need for my own gains, without any regret, and be truthful to myself about it, and follow a "don't ask, don't tell" policy: I never tell anyone what I did, but I never lie and even describe my actions in details whenever somebody asks me about it.
